Ergonomeijs is een Adviesbureau dat is opgericht in 1987. Vanuit een technische opleiding die later aangevuld werd met een paramedische opleiding, is de belangstelling ontstaan voor de belasting van de mens in zijn arbeidssituatie. Daar kwam uit voort, dat er ideeën ontstonden om de fysieke belasting te verminderen. De interesse voor ergonomie tijdens de werkbelasting was ontstaan.
